- Risk analysis: processes, data situation, legal points, effort estimate. You get a document you can use with or without us.
- Prototype or pilot: one process, fixed price, right to stop. Your team works with it, not just a demo environment.
- Operation and expansion: handover, training, further processes. Or you take over, since the code is yours.

How is this different from a strategy firm?
A large strategy firm delivers market analysis, a target picture, and a roadmap. That has its place when you restructure a corporation. For a company of fifty to five hundred people it usually means too much paper and too little running code.

What does AI consulting cost?

What do GDPR and the EU AI Act require?
Two rulebooks touch almost every AI project. GDPR asks which personal data you process, on what legal basis, and where it sits. In practice: update your processing records, settle data processing agreements, fix the hosting location.
The EU AI Act sorts AI applications into risk classes. Most operational applications land in the lower classes, where transparency and documentation carry the weight: people know AI is involved, and the system is described. Higher classes apply to areas such as hiring or credit decisions.

Yes. The risk analysis stands on its own. You receive the process list, the risks, and the effort estimate as a document, and you can continue in-house or with another provider.
Do you work outside Germany?
Yes. We are based in Oerlinghausen, North Rhine-Westphalia, and work with companies across Germany and Europe. Most collaboration runs remotely, on-site sessions are possible.
Who owns the code in the end?
You do. You receive the sources and the documentation, so you can develop further in-house or hand the work to another provider.
What if AI turns out to be wrong for my case?
Then we say so in the first call or in the analysis. Some processes need clean master data or an interface, not AI. A project that does not hold costs you more than an honest no.
How fast can I get an appointment?
The booking form on this site lets you pick an open slot directly. The start date for a risk analysis depends on current capacity, which we settle during the call.
Do I have to commit to one AI model?
No. We build so the language model stays swappable. The choice follows your requirements on privacy, quality, and cost, and it can change later.
